The Salsabil Hand Knotted Silk Rug is a glowing tribute to timeless Persian artistry — named after the heavenly springmentioned in classical Islamic and Persian literature, Salsabil evokes visions of purity, flow, and celestial elegance. Handwoven entirely in silk, both in pile and foundation, this rug is a shimmering tapestry of grace and meticulous craftsmanship.

At the center lies a radiating oval medallion, finely constructed with concentric floral patterns in earthy maroons, slate blues, soft ivories, and antique rose hues. This medallion seems to ripple outward like a drop of light in water, surrounded by a sea of intricate islimi vines and finely detailed floral sprays — a design vocabulary that recalls the gardens of Shiraz and the classical Persian idea of paradise (bagh-e-behesht).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: one showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.

Refund Processing:

• Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
• COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.

• Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using vacuum beater brush mode
• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
• Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
• Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.
• Periodic professional cleaning recommended.
