At the heart of Nureen lies a symmetrical medallion, blooming like a celestial flower or a radiant star. This medallion seems to gently emerge from a vast sky-blue field, invoking a sense of openness and serenity — as if suspended in air or light. The design is layered with intricate floral vines, palmettes, and rosettes, each meticulously rendered in fine silk, with hues of ivory, pale rose, honey gold, soft sapphire, and muted jade.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: one showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.

Refund Processing:

• Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
• COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.

• DO NOT brush or scrub the rug.
• Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using vacuum beater brush mode
• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
• Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
• Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.
• Periodic professional cleaning recommended.
